Summary:

Deliver the Jibe platform to an ever-expanding list of Fortune 1000 companies! Jibe is seeking talented Software Engineers to work on the Jibe Post team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Jibe’s Post product
• Work directly with the client team to identify client-specific requirements and overall business goals
• Work with cross-functional development teams to roll out new software releases using continuous integration
• Work extensively with web service APIs and automation tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years professionals software engineering experience and 2+ years web-stack experience developing in Ruby, RoR with knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB
• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Principles and Patterns and open source technologies
• Experience with browser-based automation (Capybara, Selenium, Poltergeist)
• Experience with the UNIX command line
• Experience with web scraping

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with bookmarklets
• Knowledge of Redis, ZooKeeper and SQL
• Familiarity with Go programming language
• Familiarity with web service APIs (SOAP and REST)
• 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
