We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to join our operations team! In this exciting entry-level opportunity, you will be an inaugural member of a team that ensures flawless service delivery by our fleet of personal shoppers.

What You’ll be Doing:

Initiate and coordinate processes to ensure qualified applicants join our personal shopper team

Liaise with Personal Shoppers to ensure that we execute on our delivery promise to customers

Problem solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues

Longer term, provide feedback and process improvements to benefit the entire company
What You Should Already Have:

Bachelor’s Degree with a good academic record

Passion for operations

Attention to detail

Top notch organization skills

Strong critical thinking ability in technical & non-technical issues

Desire for a high level of ownership

Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
