Technical Account Manager

 

inSparq is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help our team create amazing client experiences. If you’re someone who loves people and has an innate ability to connect and are interested in new technologies, this role may be for you.

 

inSparq’s TAM will serve in a cross-functional capacity, working closely with Sales and Product, to manage existing client relationships, lead customer development, manage integration projects, and optimize/upsell inSparq solutions. You will be the point person on all account matters, essentially running them like your own mini-businesses.

 

About You:

  1. Excellent communicator, in person and in writing. You’re great with people and a great listener, with empathy for client problems.

  2. Tech savvy. You’re strong with using Excel and know some HTML/CSS.

  3. Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent analytical skills.

  4. Comfortable with sales.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Upselling existing accounts and increasing revenue per account while evangelizing new products.

  2. Technical Project Management: Lead clients through technical implementation of inSparq products and provide support.

  3. Customer Development: Constantly listen and assess client problems and needs to channel insights to inSparq.

  4. Product Optimization: Work cross-functionally with Product to identify platform-wide improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and success in client-facing roles.

  • This is an entry-level position with room to grow. No work experience necessary, though 1-2 years in consulting or an agency background is a big plus.
