Overview

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to:

Build & deploy new end-user facing systems (SaaS products & Microsoft infrastructure / services)

Design, support, & monitor fulfillment center networks.

Support a rapidly growing fulfillment center including but not limited to: networking, infrastructure systems, onboarding, & end user support.

Excellent written & oral communication skills

Independent & driven outside-the-box thinker

Superb troubleshooting skills & methodology

Highly organized

Ability to lead projects to improve workplace efficiency

Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast paced environment

Education & Experience:

3+ years in a SysAdmin / Network admin role

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field / Experience.

Superior knowledge of TCP/IP & other networking protocols

Microsoft Office 365

Office 2013

Windows 8.1

Active Directory, SCCM, &/or WSUS

Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, & Aruba

Microsoft Azure (or similar platform)

SaaS & cloud based services

MDM, iOS, & Android

Antivirus

PowerShell &/or Batch scripting a plus!
