Why we need you:

The Implementation Engineer is a key member of the Client Services Team, responsible for coordinating the successful deployment of the Schoology platform to both new and existing clients.  By utilizing a strong understanding of industry and product know-how, you will facilitate the technical setup and integration of Schoology to meet the clients specific needs, and to ensure that a client is adequately setup for long term success.

What you’ll do:

• Assist school districts in implementing Schoology’s Learning Management System
• Design and implement strategies for provisioning data between Schoology and local systems and databases
• Provide support and assistance to school district personal for implementing single sign-on with Active Directory
• Meet strict implementation deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Troubleshoot client issues to assure successful integrations

Your skills and experience:

• 1-2 years of experience managing software implementations
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL, MySQL, XML, Active Directory, and other database technologies (Knowledge of ETL Tools a big plus!) 
• Ability to manage multiple small to large sized projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Minimal travel may be required.
