Overview

The primary responsibility of this role will be to open the door for the Housing brand in new markets through a strong sales presence, combined with a focus on relationship management and business development.

As Housing’s first point of contact in the country or region, you will be responsible for building relationships with developers, realtors, local NRI communities, and other major players in the real estate, tech and design markets in the country or region in which you’re working. Based on your experiences and feedback you will be expected to scale operations within your region – which may include, but is not limited to, identifying potential partnerships or acquisitions, building a team domestically, and/or launching the Housing website in a given market.

You will work closely with the Sales and Design Studio teams in India. In addition to general sales, this will involve staying up-to-date on the product offerings and identifying opportunities to pitch new products – or ideas for how to develop current offerings – as they come along. A background in tech, design, or real estate is preferred.
