We’re Hoolux Medical LLC, an advertising technology company located in Brooklyn, NY. We are the world’s first targeted digital advertising platform for the medical sector and our goal is to enable pharmaceutical and healthcare companies to target customers directly in point of care locations.

Hoolux Medical LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team. Under general direction, this position supports Hoolux Medical’s sales and marketing initiatives through performing administrative, organizational, and operational related duties. This position requires a highly energetic person with a positive attitude that is creative and resourceful in achieving results.

Training will be offered for this position. 

Specific Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) the Following:
Receive phone calls from potential investors, doctors, and advertisers / brand managers and redirect as necessary. 
Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Update and organize accounts and customer interactions within CRM. 
Serve as a backup resource for social media updates.
Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFP).
Speak with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Aid in the creation of promotional materials. 
Research and attend trade shows; assisting with onsite set up, managing marketing material, and meeting all set deadlines.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration or a related field preferred. 
Familiarity with CRM system preferred. 
1- 2 years experience working in an office setting (internships included). 
Knowledge of computer applications used in general office settings, including word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and presentation software. 
Experience with internet search engines; basic math; and standard English grammar.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Work well as part of team. 
Flexible and willing to wear many hats. 
Ability to prioritize workload and provide feedback on workload.
Quick learner, responsive, and high energy.
Comfortable with phone and in-person sales.
Excellent communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
