Overview

Grammarly is looking for a passionate product leader to be a core member of our product management team and will work closely with engineering and marketing teams to assure timely delivery of new features and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage product roadmap for new initiatives and features for Grammarly’s award winning products.

  • Analyze user data to develop new product insights and improve user experience of our product.

  • Complete end-to-end ownership of new releases and products – developing requirements, designing MVPs and A/B tests, and interacting with engineering team to drive the implementation. Launch, measure feedback, analyze and iterate!

  • Collaborate with product team and executives on projects involving product strategy, monetization opportunities, user acquisition programs, and other strategic initiatives.

 Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years product management experience. Startup experience a plus.

  • BS Degree with technical or engineering focus.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

  • MBA a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to collect user insights, and translate these into requirements that become compelling features and capabilities.

  • Track record of shipping high quality products on time.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of cross-departmental collaboration with a wide variety of teams and points of view.

  • Experience defining product processes including opportunity assessment, requirements management and roadmaps.

  • Ability and passion to thrive and get the right things done in an environment where there is always too much to do.
