Overview
You will help drive the architecture and design of the stack and will be responsible for driving good software development practices, leading teams, and being a major contributor to internal and open source products. You have experience in a SaaS/product-based company, ideally at a small company that has been through major growth (and pains!). You are a skilled engineer and technical leader, and have deep and broad experience with challenging engineering and design problems, experience with web programming (HTML, JavaScript, web programming languages such as Rails/Grails/Django/Node, REST-based services – no specific stack required though!), performance and scalability, and SaaS infrastructure/operations. A plus if you are an active contributor to projects on github/other projects.
