Overview

Full-time, Waltham, Massachusetts-based position. Provide product support for customers including inbound customer calls and new customer onboarding. Track feature requests, bugs and improvements and work with development team to manage tasks on a daily basis.

Experience with tools such as CRM software, helpdesk.

Minimum 2-3 years in product support/product management for a software or SaaS company with excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
