Thumbtack Technology, Inc. is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our New York team.

Thumbtack Technology is a software development company that has been at the forefront of large scale, high performance web development for over a decade. We are based in the U.S. and Russia, with our main office located in the financial district of Manhattan, New York.

Our client roster includes The New York Times, eBay, Shutterstock, AppNexus, The Boston Globe, adMarketplace, Etsy, OkCupid, SAP, and PlaceIQ.

The ideal candidate will love to organize things and people and have self-initiative, and will relish the opportunities inherent to working at an innovative New York tech company. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate senior executive meetings and conference calls
• Act as main point of contact for meeting requests and assist the CEO in prioritizing requests for his time (including preserving blocks of time for internal work)
• Manage contracts
• Review, answer, and create correspondence
• Make travel arrangements for executive staff and process related expense reports
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including meetings, conferences, celebrations, etc.
• Plan and coordinate team-building events and activities
• Organize office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
• Record expenditures and manage office budget
• Other related duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Senior Technical Executives, or related support experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing needs
• Interest in team development and events management
• Experience working with international companies a plus
