Overview

We are currently hiring for an Executive Administrative Assistant for our Lakeville MN office.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative support to our CEO and Management Team.
  • Anticipating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, drafting and preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and obtaining and managing legal documents.
  • Responsible for coordinating and planning staff meetings.
  • Manage staff calendars while updating daily schedule.
  • Arrange and schedule travel itineraries and related activities including expense reports.
  • Will work under limited supervision; provide high level administrative support that often requires exercise of discretion and judgment.
  • Frequent interaction with Executive Management and their support team.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and multi-talented.
  • Will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, with strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with solid judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer acumen.
  • Previous experience supporting a corporate officer preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A business/administrative school graduate or equivalent industry experience.
