Enso Financial provides data analytics services for hedge fund clients. Client service team acts as a primary point of contact starting from the onboarding stage. Representatives are not only well versed in Enso Financial offering, but also have an in-depth understanding of prime services products. The activities of the group are essential for maintaining and broadening the firm’s relationship with its clients. Each representative is fully responsible for the assigned clients.


Main Duties


Manage onboarding process and provide day-to-day support for the assigned hedge fund clients, own and route client issues

Assist clients with understanding Enso products, train them on new technology and reporting

Communicate client feedback, work with technology teams to ensure timely request resolution. Take on an active role in initiatives and projects that enhance Enso product offering.

Coordinate operational functions, identify areas of improvement in current operational procedures, suggest possible resolutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients


Basic Qualifications


• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience (i.e. prime services, controllers, operations)

• Strong interpersonal skills, advanced Excel skills, SQL is a plus
