Our Toronto-based start-up is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in the downtown core. With a passionate, experienced team of experts in the space, we are putting together a team to change the landscape in our niche market.
The Administrative Assistant role is for a passionate candidate with a natural tendency towards organization and improvement. This role coordinates all administrative functions, arranges meetings including invitations, prepares agendas, and ensures required meeting materials developed and approved; occasional minute taking, location set up, catering requirements and video/teleconference support. Your ability to multi-task is critical as you will manage a large amount of data on a daily basis; including travel arrangements; maintains appointment schedules and calendars.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating, promoting and executing marketing campaigns nationally

Work with internal stakeholders to deliver effective programs; campaign development, integration and messaging alignment

Campaign and project management – responsible for overseeing all aspects of campaign management including generating clear and strategic agency briefs, managing creative approvals, overseeing campaign logistics and deployment, collecting and analyzing results

Develop internal and external materials and communications, including writing copy (customer centric presentations, brochures, sales tools)

Provide clear creative feedback and work collaboratively to develop strategies to ensure campaign success
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, writing, communication and presentation skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment; collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence/work confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities

Dependable, reliable and able to set performance goals and meet deadlines

Demonstrated project management, time management and organizational skills
Required Professional Designation/Certification:
A degree is required; preference will be given to degrees in Marketing/Business or a related field
Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ direct experience in a marketing and/or corporate communications, or strategic planning role

Experience working with, or in a creative agency
Salary range: Commensurate with experience
