Responsibilities:

• Develop the front end code that underpins Distil’s client identification system.
• Write JavaScript that’s lean and blazing fast (without relying on frameworks).
• Passionate about investigating, prototyping, and deploying new automation detection techniques.
• Work closely with core platform and operations teams to ship code across our network of 15+ global datacenters.  

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• You possess serious knowledge of JavaScript. You don’t just use popular frameworks (AngularJs, Backbone, etc), you understand how they work.
• You’re a strong advocate of front end development standards, design patterns, & best practices.

Preferred qualifications

• MS in Computer Science or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis.
• Some experience with backend development, processes, etc

Mega bonus points

• You’ve committed to open source Javascript frameworks or plugins.
