VISANOW seeks a talented, ambitious, and integrity-driven Director of Inside Sales to oversee, build and develop a successful team of Corporate Sales Managers.  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Inside Sales will coach and motivate Sales Managers to effectively develop their teams of Account Executives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Grow and develop a team of Sales Managers through coaching, training and mentoring
• Exercise strategic vision and highly consultative sales skills to drive team revenue
• Apply strong knowledge of successful sales techniques, tactics and strategies in order to teach and train Sales Managers and Account Execs at various stages of their career progression
• Work cross-functionally with other teams and managers to ensure the highest level of client service
• Provide accurate reporting to management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 Years Experience working knowledge of APIs for Payment Gateway technology and Credit Card Processing Services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Communications or Social Science major is preferred
• 3+ years of B2B inside sales success with 2+ years of experience managing and training B2B inside sales professionals
• Ability to develop effective programs to help drive revenue, motivate teammates, and deliver results
• Experience and documented results as a cold-calling sales representative and manager
• Superior planning abilities to forecast pipeline and future prospecting needs
