The Role

 

Marketing Operations at DialedIN is the “glue” that binds marketing efforts with sales execution.  The Marketing Operations manager leads our marketing team toward executing synchronized, effective, and strategic practices. You will oversee all segments of the marketing department to ensure consistency and communication across roles, as well as keep the mission and evolving goals of the company in the top of marketing’s mind. Reflective, analytical, strong and strategic, the Marketing Operations Manager is charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. You’ll work closely with Sales, with a possible sales operations counterpart. Together, you manage the relationship between Marketing and Sales to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver (Marketing’s role) and work (Sales’ role) the highest quality leads.  You’ll make projections about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and find efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Managing marketing team meetings and planning sessions,

  • Working with the sales team and sales operations managers to achieve sales and marketing alignment.

  • Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Constantly working to optimizing efficiencies to make the marketing team work better for the company as a whole.

  • Working daily with Sales & Marketing technologies such as Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.

Previous Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience with enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably Marketing Automation or CRM.

  • Prior experience in a managerial position (a plus).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

  • Ability to think analytically and strategically.

  • Experience with CRM & Marketing Automation systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar concentrations.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
