Overview
Cogo Labs is hiring thorough, detail-oriented Dev Ops Engineers to develop, enhance and scale our email marketing platforms.
You’ll work with analysts, engineers, and external affiliates to help them understand low level technical details that might be impacting their marketing campaigns. Additionally, you’ll manage infrastructure configuration and build monitoring tools to make sure that our systems are performing as expected.
We’re more interested in intelligence, resourcefulness, and strong CS fundamentals than any particular skill-set. If you have previous experience with enterprise email systems or ad servers, that’s great, but definitely not a pre-requisite.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or significant IT experience;
- Fluency in at least one scripting language;
- Good knowledge of monitoring and alerting platforms;
- Enthusiasm for dynamic start-up culture;
- Ability to dive in, figure out what needs to be done, and do it;
- Extra credit: IPTables, Linux Networking, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Python or Golang.
