As a business intern at Custora, you’ll be working directly with the marketing, sales, and customer advocacy team leads. As part of a small, fast moving team, you’ll have a big impact on Custora’s future, and will get a chance to work on different, varied projects across all business aspects of the company. You’ll work closely with the co-founders of Custora on high-profile projects that are at the core of our growth strategy.
At the beginning of your internship, we’ll decide together which specific projects you’ll tackle, based on your preferences, skills, and company needs. The projects will be a combination of high-level, strategic thinking and planning, execution, and analysis. It’ll give you an opportunity to get a sense of what startup life is like by being an active participant.
Projects may include:
- Marketing and sales analysis and funnel optimization
- Writing content for our blog and our educational destination, Custora U, collaborating with our data science team on analysis and research
- Social media advertising strategy, planning, execution and analysis
- Building out our content library of training materials, how-to guides, and best practices for our customers
- Creating sales material like FAQ documents, case studies, and presentations
- Participating in customer meetings with both prospects and current customers
You’re passionate and entrepreneurial, a fast learner and above all, you get stuff done without compromising on details. You’re excited about working at a small, fast growing NYC startup and learning all aspects of the business, working closely with different teams.
You have excellent writing skills, Excel mastery, you’re even comfortable working with design software (eg Creative Suite), and you’ve been known to mix it up with some HTML. You’re excited about e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, and eager to learn more about how cutting-edge technology and big data are used to improve marketing and customer communication.
