Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct presentations via phone/web conference highlighting new CBI capabilities and tools
  • Develop user training materials including documents and web casts
  • Gather feedback from clients on feature requests or issues and communicate these back to the product/development team
  • Communicate new feature requests
  • Become the “go to person” for clients who need help
  • Handle custom data requests that clients may have

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior account management / product adoption experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be personable and outgoing
  • Must be organized and obsessive about detail
  • Must be a good listener and able to get in the head of customer to understand what will make them more successful
  • Prior account management experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise customers and software also a plus
