Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct presentations via phone/web conference highlighting new CBI capabilities and tools
- Develop user training materials including documents and web casts
- Gather feedback from clients on feature requests or issues and communicate these back to the product/development team
- Communicate new feature requests
- Become the “go to person” for clients who need help
- Handle custom data requests that clients may have
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior account management / product adoption experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must be personable and outgoing
- Must be organized and obsessive about detail
- Must be a good listener and able to get in the head of customer to understand what will make them more successful
- Prior account management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise customers and software also a plus
