Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client usage patterns and prioritize outreach efforts
  • Distribute relevant content to clients based on thorough research / understanding of their interests
  • Manage all inbound communication channels (email, chat and phone) to field product questions, demonstration requests and other general inquiries
  • Build company & product expertise to help customers in an educated, fast and self-sufficient manner
  • Schedule training sessions that result from your conversations for members of the Customer Success team

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Even better listening skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of/interest in technology, venture capital and emerging industry trends is a plus
  • Comfort with MS Office, Google Apps and willingness to learn Salesforce
