Using Twitter, Facebook and other social media feeds, the company’s platform delivers business intelligence and more to provide our customers with actionable insights to plan strategically for success.

 

We are growing our marketing team. In this highly visible and impactful new position, you will be *the* point person for events strategy, management and execution. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and measure success for attended and planned events–all while also experiencing travel to technology and innovation hubs like San Francisco, New York, Austin, Chicago and potentially internationally as we continue to rapidly grow our global footprint.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Audit, update and maintain the marketing events calendar and overall industry events calendars
  • Negotiate sponsorship and events deal terms and manage annual expense budget
  • Identify and recommend industry events to support our core verticals and segments
  • Develop strategy and plan for Crimson Hexagon to create its own annual showcase event
  • Execute and manage overall communications and activation plans for scheduled events
  • Develop an ‘event playbook’ for sales to at times manage own event attendance
  • Track comprehensive event metrics and ROI for reporting and analysis post event
  • Manage on-site event staff
 
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years event management experience, software or technology industry experience a plus
  • Highly organized, process oriented focus
  • Demonstrated skills in coordinating large projects with cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the social and analytics space
  • Ability to travel for managed events
  • Sense of humor combined with a bias towards action
  • Authorized to work for any US employer
