Overview

What will I do?

• Lead SpotHero’s Creative Team that’s housed within our Marketing Department
• Hire & manage designer, copywriter, and strategist
• Hire agency for brand re-alignment
• Define, maintain, and enforce SpotHero’s brand style guide and UI kit
• Plan impactful ad campaigns (e.g. Billboards, radio, email, social)
• Oversee design & copy process
• Own style guide, tone & voice, look & feel
• Provide direction on UI, UX & Product to match brand
• Input on email, ad copy, etc.
• Formalize B2B Brand
• Creative brief through production of all materials
• Own responsibility for business impact of design (e.g. A/B testing, measurement)
• Use data to inform design
• Coordinate people and process for both facility and internal photography
• Design facility signs, stickers, etc, and manage the process/relationship
• Manage print shops
• Create and manage brand component of press kit
• Design internal collateral / merchandising (t-shirts, pens, water bottles, etc.)

Pre-Requisites:

• 10+ years of creative experience at a leading consumer brand or agency
• Experience transforming a young, innovative brand into a widely recognized and respected household name
• Extensive portfolio of work across multiple communications channels, including online (web, mobile, display, email) and offline (print, direct mail, signage).
• Strong design background
• Incredibly smart, hard working, exceptional communication skills & nice
