Who We Need
Our healthcare sales team is responsible for selling ContextMedia:Health’s (CMH) platforms to physician practices and hospitals nationwide. Healthcare Sales Executives cultivate relationships quickly over the phone, speak knowledgeably about CMH products and services in different health specialties, and sign on new healthcare locations to expand our member network. The role focuses on demand origination rather than demand servicing and this requires creating awareness for and showcasing the value of ContextMedia:Health’s innovative educational tools. We provide prospect lists but we don’t provide pitch scripts – requiring our team to be creative, persistent and focused on the phones while calling physician practices and their practice administrators. With each new member signed for our services, the MOE is making a direct impact in helping educate hundreds of patients and rewarded on each new sale immediately.
We need someone with past sales experience who can close business by building personal connections quickly, speaking to the benefits of the product, and creating demand for our educational media tools. We want individuals who thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, can listen and display empathy to gain the trust of members, have a positive can-do attitude, and exhibit tenacity to be #1 on the leaderboard. The healthcare sales team maintains a friendly-competitive spirit with a great team environment that is cohesive internally while being competitive externally.
