Who We Need

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing who will build and provide strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on execution  focused on expanding our client network of healthcare practices and systems.

A successful candidate will lead and guide the development and implementation of market-appropriate lead generating marketing strategies and tactics. “Market-appropriate” strategies currently include, but are not limited to, direct response-marketing programs that target the leadership and management staff inside practices/practice groups. It is essential that the successful candidate have a history of successfully developing and delivering highly creative market outreach and customer acquisition programs, which target offline customers. This person will own the company brand, create an annual marketing plan, and measure campaign ROI to optimize spend.

We need an intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual who has 3+ years of marketing experience in traditional B2B marketing. Must take ownership to understand our marketplace, prospective customers, and sales process to suggest effective and innovative ways to market. Must have the ability to lead project management from ideation to execution and to tracking and reporting. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, having managed multiple deadlines, and positively interfaced with a diverse group of team members is an asset.
