Overview

We are building revolutionary software to help people communicate and gather information more efficiently (intently ambiguous!). We are looking for a lead UX/UI designer to join the team as we build out the product in the earliest stages. Design will play a vital role in the success of the product. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team building a solution to a significant problem that effects millions of people (not world hunger, but something almost as big). You’ll work within a well funded, early stage conscious company with a challenging, energetic environment.

Role and Responsibilities

You will work with the founders to conceptualize and design the way the product works, looks and feels. In addition, the responsibilities include:

• Building the information architecture
• Creating wireframes
• Designing mockups
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions
• Suggesting new features
• Conducting and/or managing the outsourcing of customer research
• Growing and managing a widely respected design organization

 About You

• Above all, you bring a passion for building extraordinary experiences
• 4+ years of professional experience designing web and mobile apps
• Have a deep knowledge and understanding of user-centered design techniques and principles related to web and mobile design
• Have sufficient understanding of app development and tech
• A loving, kind person with an entrepreneurial spirit
• A purpose driven individual
• Experience with communication software is preferred but not mandatory
