Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of various marketing communication engagements, aligning the strategy with growth goals, and connecting with users and potential users in various capacities to ensure clarity and a high level of satisfaction. The right person will be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, has excellent communication and problem solving skills, and can thrive in an dynamic and passionate startup culture. Plan and execute user outreach campaigns that are genuine and powerful- Create content aligning with the brand voice and personality
– Being the voice of Roomi to potential users and creating a positive brand experience in the early stages
– Identify and engage with community and brand advocates to build engagement
– Establish positive relationships with users through responding to their inquiries and feedback
– Analyze user feedback and measure effectiveness of communications and return on investment against clearly defined targets
– Turn users into passionate evangelists
