Project Manager

 

Comarch is a world leader in Loyalty Marketing software with customers that include JetBlue Airways, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and BP. We are rapidly growing and looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our wonderful team in our Chicago as a Project Manager.

 

 

Job description:

o                  Manage enterprise software projects in the loyalty marketing space

o                  Proactively define project scope and objectives to meet the needs of the customer

o                  Create, track and manage project timetables

o                  Coordinate and work with customers, vendors and Comarch account team to

ensure timely delivery of software implementation

o                  React to project adjustments and problems affecting implementation

o                  Maintains and provides daily status updates to team and customer

o                  Liaise with customer and account holder in a timely matter

o                  Identify and escalate projects accordingly

o                  Make recommendations for overall process improvement

 

Desired skills and experience:

o                  Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years equivalent work experience

o                  Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

o                  Basic knowledge of the Oracle / J2EE stack

o                  Outstanding interpersonal, written and communicative skills

o                  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with proven decision-making skills

o                  Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple projects

o                  A flexible attitude to working hours
