Business Development Associate
Comarch is currently looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join our fast growing Chicago team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for assisting with the development and management of sales opportunities with potential clients throughout the North American market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal, written and
communicative skills
o Proven ability to generate sales leads with a hunter mentality
o Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
o Build and establish strong relationships with new accounts including managers,
buyers, planners, etc.
o Provide accurate, timely information to the customers regarding inquiries such as
products, pricing, and quotes
o Maintain a high level of sales activity including maintaining a constant funnel,
o assessing customer needs and long-range account strategy
o Proactively assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
o Prepare sales proposals & deliver in-person sales presentations to prospective
clients
o Represent Comarch by attending trade shows
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or Communications
with an experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software and/or IT
o 1-3 years experience in selling IT solutions, a plus
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
o A motivated, self-starter with a passion for the industry
o Customer focused, success oriented and innovative
Detail oriented and an effective communicator
o Able to travel domestically is required
