Overview
About You
As a key member of the Cohealo Creative team, you will report to the Creative Director. You will be responsible for creating the visual layer of our application, informed by the UX architecture user testing. You will work collaboratively with other visual designers and information architects to propose, create, and iterate on interactive experiences for desktop and mobile web.
Must Have
- Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and present to stakeholders
- A deep understanding of modern approaches to complex design problems
- An understanding of historical approaches to design problems
- Knowledge and experience in application flows commonly found in enterprise products
- Experience conducting interactive user tests and driving continuous improvements
- Ability to build out everything you design, plumbing not required
- Your CSS organization is a thing of beauty
- Responsive design and graceful degradation
- Self-starter work ethic with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
