Cogo Labs’ email marketing team is hiring an Account Executive to identify and develop strategic relationships with advertisers and to assist the management team in identifying new products and markets.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, create, and develop strong, productive relationships with advertiser clients;
- Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities through outbound sales efforts;
- Manage the sales process internally and externally;
- Initiate, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities, contribute to market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify emerging customer needs;
- Create and deliver proposals to prospective customers and negotiating associated contracts;
- Set Objectives and Goals, ensure follow up and execution, troubleshoot issues.
Who you are:
- BS/BA from a top university;
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in online, affiliate and/or performance marketing;
- Basic understanding of data analysis and analytical techniques and methodologies with an appetite for becoming more proficient;
- Entrepreneurial self-starter and creative thinker with excellent strategy and marketing instincts;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team within a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture;
- Strong interest in growing a business from the ground up and gaining startup experience;
- Established advertiser contacts a big plus.
