About you:

 

  • You have exceptional writing skills. Communications, journalism marketing or similar degrees preferred.

  • Your judgment must be incredibly good; we’ll trust you with key relationships and decision-making.

  • You’re a professional juggler. You can multi-task, rank and manage prioritize tasks without ever dropping the ball (an occasional ball drop assuming you’re human).

  • You take ownership. You acknowledge when you drop the ball, you make it right, and you learn from your mistakes.

  • You’ll be serving as a ghostwriter on our email accounts and similar communication platforms and must be able to wrap your mind around “what would she say” and “how would she handle this”

  • The ability to work in a somewhat unstructured, very fast paced environment

 

Duties

 

  • Drafting creative communications for events, recruitment, pitch decks and more! We’ll trust you to cross our T’s, dot our I’s.

  • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients

  • Manage executive calendars

  • Research

  • Data Management

  • Event coordination and management

  • Social media and website management

  • Manage advertising

  • Devise Creating marketing campaigns

  • Create compelling and informative decks
