HigherMe is building the next generation marketplace for hourly and service jobs. We are Y Combinator backed and growing quickly.

We are looking for someone to take over client services for us – delighting our customers and ensuring they are thrilled with our platform.

Specifically, this role entails:

– Client services work – following up with customers and finding them suitable job applicants
– Operations – general business operations
– User Acquisition – attracting new applicants and employers onto our platform

This is an ideal role for a candidate fresh out of school but with some previous exposure to the startup world. We’ll also consider folks with a bit more experience.
