We build great relationships with prospects and clients throughout every stage of the sales cycle, and keep those relationships strong even after a sale is made.  We do that by listening to our prospects’ needs, educating them about how our product can help, and staying hungry for success. The end result? We exceed targets and goals beyond anybody’s wildest dreams.

Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) is key to that success.  As our first outward-facing representative in the company, you’re responsible for creating a fantastic first impression and setting the tone for every company interaction thereafter.  If your voice is the second coming of Morgan Freeman or Catherine Zeta-Jones; if you love educating people about products – and building lasting relationships with them along the way; if you have an unparalleled drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads

  • Follow-up on outbound marketing efforts (email and postcard campaigns)

  • Understand prospects’ needs, and effectively communicate how ClickTime can address those needs

  • Document various details of prospect communications, including use cases, purchase timeframes, budgeting, next steps

  • Prioritize leads for Account Executives

  • Set appointments/demos for Account Executives

  • Additional miscellaneous projects to support the Sales Department

  • Wear any other hats possible (support, design, whatever — we’re a small company!)


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Excellent communications skills, especially over the phone and via email

  • Record of overachievement in previous pursuits

  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environments

  • Technically adept

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus

  • Prior successful sales, lead qualification, and/or SaaS experience a plus
