Job Description
We’re looking for the extremely hustler who can handle many tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities can range from calling couriers to make sure they understand instructions, following up with restaurants to confirm certain orders, putting an anxious customer at ease, recruiting and training new couriers, or even going out and doing deliveries if needed.
Do you want to make an impact managing the front line of our company on a day to day basis? The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, dependable, and friendly. Hours will be 10am – 10pm, 7 days a week; if you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to chat.
Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented demeanor
- Doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations
- Attention to detail, making sure nothing gets missed
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus
