Caremerge is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant in Chicago, IL to join a dynamic, passionate team! The Sales Assistant will report to the Sales Development Specialist and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Development Specialist efforts to find, qualify and provide leads to the outside sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Chicago digital health company experiencing rapid growth!
2+ years experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience working with CRM platforms (i.e.. Saleforce.com)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong problem solving skills
Desire and capacity to understand technology
Works well under pressure
Early stage, high growth company experience a plus
Responsibilities to include:
· Data entry and database maintenance
· Sending follow up information on behalf of sales team
· Email and LinkedIn reach outs to assist in lead generation
· Miscellaneous administrative functions; book travel, manage schedules, customer follow up, follow and document metrics, sales team communication, proposals, presentations etc.
This role could grow into a salaried position based on performance.
