Caremerge is looking for an Operations Associate in Chicago, IL to join a dynamic, passionate team! The Operations Associate will report to the Director of Finance and Administration and will be responsible for supporting the C-suite and ensuring that our office runs like clockwork.  The successful candidate will be a team player with an exceptionally positive attitude!  They will also be capable of moving at a fast pace and wearing many hats.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a Chicago digital health company experiencing rapid growth!

 

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree required

Ability to multi-task

Team Oriented/Collaborative

Self-starter

Microsoft Word/Office/Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Works well under pressure

Accounting/Bookeeping experience a plus

Travel/Executive calendar management a plus

Event planning and management a plus

Early stage, high growth company experience a plus

 

Responsibilities to include:

·         Coordinate company travel for the senior management team

·         Coordinate office events and sales meetings

·         Coordinate various office services and contractors

·         Identify areas needing processes and/or structure then implement

·         Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions

·         Assist with the Human Resources and Recruiting functions of the company

·         Support the sales team by assisting with client communication and proposals

·         Support the sales team by assisting with Salesforce administration when needed

·         Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required
