Caremerge is a global healthcare company focused on bringing a “Better Life through Simple Technology” to seniors, their families and the providers in senior care. Caremerge is looking for an Implementation Coordinator / Product Specialist in Chicago, IL to join a dynamic, passionate team! The Implementation Coordinator / Product Specialist will report to the Director of Client Experience and will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of the Caremerge platform at new customer sites.  The successful candidate will be a team player with an exceptionally positive attitude!  This is an exciting opportunity to join a Chicago digital health company experiencing rapid growth!

Bachelor’s degree required

Microsoft Word/Office/Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Works well under pressure

Early stage, high growth company experience a plus

 

Responsibilities to include:

·         Work with sales team and client prospects to Demo caremerge solutions

·         Work directly to with clients to support their use of caremerge solutions

·         Respond to client inquiries/issues and coordinate with the technology team where needed for resolution

·         Work directly with clients to implement and train new clients (remote and onsite)

·         Assist with the creation of client facing documents to support clients during implementation and for on boarding new users post implementation

·         Communicate new features, provide client facing documents and light web based training as new functionality is added to the Company’s platform

·         Develop of case studies and white papers related to new and existing caremerge solutions and client outcomes

·         Track and report on client experience and caremerge solution metrics

·         Participate in marketing and messaging activities including social media initiatives

·         Contribute to brainstorming and definition of product features/requirements and enhancements

·         Participate in the creation of our client services process and culture to positively impact the senior industry

·         Have fun and grow personally and professionally

Compensation:
