Overview

As a Solution Consultant, you will know the ins and outs of our brand management solution. Your technical knowledge and strong communication skills will make you the middleman between our US sales team, potential clients across the US region and product development.

For this role, it is important to have a solid understanding of our solution and how it can be applied to effectively help our clients. You have a high affinity for technology in general, and are able to effectively answer and advise our clients of how Bynder can solve their everyday challenges (but in layman’s terms!). Additionally, you will provide the sales team with guidance through complex technical questions and inspire them on how to best apply the Bynder technology.

The right candidate for this role loves technology and making people’s lives easier. If you dig all things relating to technology, user experience and innovation, this role will suit you! Problem solving skills are a must. By passing on customers’ feedback and insights to our technical team, you will be actively supporting product developments and improvements, thereby driving customer success. We also depend on you for roadmap input, which in turn will help us shape the future of online marketing technology.

Your daily challenges will require you to give use-case tailored product demonstrations to potential clients. These can be both virtually, and on-site in Europe and aim to design the best possible solution & project for the client as well as our implementation team. Moreover, you will interact with potential clients who will range from technical developers, to board-level executives, and be their first technical point of contact. By actively approaching new clients, partners and resellers, you are working on the commercial expansion in the US for our solution.

Desired skills and expertise

·         Education in Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, and/or Marketing.

·         At least two years of professional work experience in a similar role with one or more of the following functions: Product Management / Client-Facing Project Management / Business Development / Sales

·         Request for Proposal (RFP) Processing

·         Communicating Technical Matters to Non-Technical Stakeholders

·         Fluent in English. You have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

·         Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills with ability to de-escalate issues and manage client expectations

·         You live in or close to Boston
