Due to our rapid expansion we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our awesome Boston team. You will be responsible for Business Development across the US.


About the position

The role will require you to work closely with sales representatives in terms of creating and assisting in the development of US-based sales opportunities, with the potential to run the entirety of the full sales cycle small and medium accounts in the future. This position offers extensive sales training, and the opportunity for rapid growth into a full-time sales executive position and / or business development team leadership.

 Your Role

·         Cold calling potential US clients

·         Develop new opportunities

·         Advise potential clients in structuring the assets and processes

·         Optimize MarCom processes

·         Translate client requirements towards the Bynder solution

·         Conducting needs analysis calls

·         High-volume outbound calling / emailing

·         Display exceptional communication skills

·         Schedule product demonstrations

·         Track your sales progress with the help of Salesforce

·         Build relationships and nurture large target accounts


Qualifications + skills

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         1-2 years of previous sales / business developement experience

·         Previous experience selling SaaS is advantageous

·         Strong track record of exceeding monthly targets / quotas

·         Experience with Salesforce

·         Highly organized

·         Competitive but also a strong team player

·         BA / BS preferred

·         An interest in adopting online solutions rapidly

·         Affinity with technology is a necessity

·         You are familiar with project management methodologies

 Education and Relevant Experience

·         At least a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is an advantage)

·         3-5 years work experience in managing and/or implementing software projects

·         Tangible experience in challenging and advising clients towards their business processes

·         Living in or close to Boston
