Overview
The Business Operations Analyst (known internally as the Publisher Operations Coordinator) will be instrumental in growing our supply-side partnerships. The Coordinator will assist the Publisher Operations team in the technical / administrative aspects of launching and maintaining publisher relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Configuring new publisher placements and bid categories
- Generating code to send to new partners
- Assisting with publisher implementation kickoff calls
- Enabling formats for publishers
- Submitting creative for approval to publishers that need to green light all campaigns
- Manage test ads for launches of new pubs/sites/placements
- Assist with A/B testing of publisher placements
- Provide billing summaries to Tier 1 publishers and other publishers as needed
- Pulling viewability stats for publisher placements from the database
- Auditing the height / width of ad formats enabled for all publisher placements
- Basic troubleshooting of our code performance on publisher sites
- Assisting Sales / Pub Ops in creating mockups for proposals
- Creating wrapper test pages for publisher review
- Trafficking campaigns for publisher-sold campaigns
- Screenshots of publisher placements to benchmark positioning on page over time
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field, and one year of experience in the field.
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Basic HTML creation / editing skills
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organization
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
- Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business
