Overview

We’re a large scale, consumer brand looking for an individual who’s passionate about maximizing affiliate revenue.  We are seeking a team player who likes motivating affiliates to test offers, while using a stand up desk and enjoying a lunch on the company. If you are constantly striving to dominate the digital competitive landscape, this may be the next place for you. If you are looking for a position that allows you to work with a group of smart and dedicated people who will support you but still provide the autonomy you need to execute your strategy, then you should probably apply as soon as you’re done reading this!

Responsibilities:

• Management and optimization of existing affiliate marketing program
• Identifying, evaluating and recruiting new affiliate partners
• Develop strategies to engage active and inactive affiliates and build strong relationships
• Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Assess, recommend and potentially launch small and large scale digital media buys
• Work collaboratively with digital marketing team to drive performance
• Leverage our creative team to build and test new ideas

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in performance based marketing or business development
• Experience managing an affiliate program through HasOffers by Tune
• Knowledge of different pricing models including CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to pinpoint and resolve problems within a group and independently
• BS / BA Degree
