We are looking for individuals who want to accelerate their sales career at a fast-growing technology firm located in the Boston Seaport area! The BDR Role is part of a sales team that is expanding 3x over the next 6 months. This is a new role, where you will help to build out the team, so this would be a great chance to get in on the ground floor and build your sales career.
In this role you would partner with the Business Development Manager to help build a strategic outbound plan as well as implement the plan. You would be in charge of researching and finding new leads on a daily basis and making an upwards of 100+ phone calls a day.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, hungry and willing to take on huge challenges. As a Business Development Rep you will be focusing 100% on outbound leads. We offer aggressive base salaries and an uncapped variable compensation structure for this role.
- Cultivate business opportunities through targeted researching and prospecting.
- Develop strong business relationships with prospects.
- Become an impactful member of the sales team and contribute to the team revenue goal.
- Maintain records in Salesforce.com and document activity and pipeline.
Skills and Expertise Required
- 1-3 years our BDR experience, outbound experience preferred.
- You have a proven track record of exceptional performance in a high volume inside or outside sales environment.
- You understands and convey urgency in order to drive action.
- Most importantly, you are optimistic, driven, thoughtful, collaborative, and a natural leader.
