Overview:
The Business Development Representative will report to the Director of Inside Sales and work form our Seaport office in Boston. As an inside sales contributor, you will be responsible to build a strong pipeline for the Sales Executives and spread the word about Crimson Hexagon! You will receive hands-on training and get to work with a Sales & Marketing team that is both driven and loves to be at the forefront of the social Media Analytics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage lead development pipeline
- Provide quality research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
- Qualify leads and work with the sales team to close business
- Proactively communicate Crimson Hexagon’s product and industry knowledge to prospects and customers
- Utilize Salesforce.com for all call and sales activity and provide accurate forecasts and weekly reports
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams to align with our customer centric culture

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree;
- 1+ years of account development or inside B2B sales experience;
- Willingness to cold-call and/or engage in warm lead qualification;
- Ability to identify the real driver behind prospects’ stated needs;
- Experience selling SaaS applications or analytics software a plus;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Salesforce.com or other CRM a plus;
- Good grasp of Social Media industry.
