Job Description:
BookBub seeks a talented individual to help our author partners use BookBub to market their digital books. Responsibilities include:

• Representing BookBub in the author community via email communication
• Advising authors on best practices for running BookBub promotions
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics of authors’ promotions on BookBub
• Responding to author questions promptly and serving as their BookBub liaison
• Handling and resolving partner issues and complaints
• Gathering and analyzing author feedback to help improve company products and optimize communication strategies

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates for the position will have:

• Outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong coordination abilities
• Experience and comfort with spreadsheets and data analysis
• Genuine interest in reading and books, work experience in the industry a plus
• Ability to work independently with little guidance
• Excitement for a fast-paced, rapidly changing start-up environment where work can occasionally get chaotic and be required at off hours
• A Bachelor’s degree from a selective college
