About the Opportunity
Blueprint Registry is looking for an articulate and diligent individual to help create, lead and manage all SEM and SEO for the company. Additionally, this individual will help with digital advertising across all social mediums including FB, Twitter, Pinterest. This individual will have strategic and creative flexibility in order to pursue the overarching goals of the company. Ability to multi-task and think on your feet is incredibly important. This role has the potential for exponential growth and exposure to all aspects of the business.
Duties
- Conceptualize, strategize, and execute campaigns across all platforms – search and social
- Manage and optimize all Search & Display campaigns across all platforms
- A/B and multivariate test ad copy, banner designs, keywords, and placements
- Data mining and analysis on traffic sources, goal funnels, conversion metrics, keyword insights, etc.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on market trends
- Develop quarterly plans with analysis of success and failures for all areas of responsibility
- Create best practices for each area of responsibility
- Report directly to CEO and CCO; Participate in strategy meetings
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent time-management and communication skills, both oral and written
- Creative, positive, big-idea generator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google analytics
- Candidates must be able to meet or dial-in to calls weekday evenings and over the weekend
