Overview

Some 
requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing accounts receivable functions
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience collecting from large advertising agencies
• Understanding of key AR metrics including invoice aging and DSO
• Ability to gather and interpret large amounts of data
• Excellent communications and organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Working knowledge of Salesforce is a preferred
• Prior involvement with a systems implementation is a plus
• Demonstrated history of process improvements

Some 
responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of the invoicing process (~200/monthly)
• Maintain accounts receivable records and customer files
• Post customer payments
• Review, process and record adjustments
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage collections as well as make collection calls
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Other ad-hoc projects, as needed
