BeMyApp is a fast-growing event marketing and developer relations agency in the technology space with offices in the US and Europe. Our clients include tech industry leaders such as Intel, HP, Samsung and Salesforce.com, as well as brands like L’Oreal, Mercedes, NBC Universal and others. We specialize in creative event concepts, event production, digital campaigns strategies and execution to help our clients reach and evangelize software developers in an effective way.
BeMyApp is looking for a motivated, result driven, and intelligent sales representative who wants to advance their career by combining sales prospection, customer interaction and travel into his/ her career aspirations. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong go-getter approached to your work, and pay exceptional attention to detail.
The candidate will travel to attend trade shows, conferences and other public events in order to meet key players in the industry and drive sales. Additionally, they will leverage viable prospecting and sales skills to cultivate leads, make outbound calls and set up face-to-face sales meetings to present the unique selling benefits of our services. We would also like the candidate to research and suggest possible trade conferences and other sales meetings to attend and network for business development purposes.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in the North American market with new prospects in order to achieve and exceed sales quotas
• Target and profile key decision makers
• Set up introductory calls or in-person meetings, assess needs, and convey value proposition
• Write thoughtful proposals, and transition new accounts to Project Managers
• Find and attend conferences, hackathons, Meetups and other public events on company’s behalf
• Mange entire sales cycle after 6 months
What We’re Looking For
• Previous sales experience with an ability to generate sales opportunities and develop strong client relationships
• Extremely proactive and upbeat with exceptional organizational skills
• Someone who values results, execution, strategy, and process management
• Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
• Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we continuously build the sales organization
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in sales. We will consider individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in an organization or internship in sales
• Experience with selling over the phone and cold calling various types of businesses
• Strong negotiation skills
