What you’ll be doing:

 You will be playing a crucial role in developing and broadening awareness of our firm by:

• Proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing Salesforce.com talent
• Identifying active and passive candidates through recruitment platforms.
• Spearheading all talent acquisition processes, which includes: creating job descriptions for new positions, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes and offer negotiation
• Consulting potential candidates on opportunities and matching them with appropriate open positions
• Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
