Position Summary:
Ampush is seeking individuals interested in working on the cutting edge of mobile advertising to challenge, inspire, and lead in a fast-growing startup. Ampush helps performance marketers acquire new users, generate sales, and re-engage customers. By powering full-service ad buying, management and insights, the AMP platform makes it easy for advertisers to reach people with smarter in-feed ads on Facebook and Twitter. Ampush has offices in San Francisco and New York.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with VP of Media Analytics and partner with Director of Media, West to lead the Media Analytics team and support execution of Facebook and Twitter campaigns for clients

Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead a team of 8-12 Media Analysts and Strategists on a day-to-day basis

Analyze and optimize spending strategy for clients from many verticals, and provide guidance or direct intervention in high-leverage opportunities

Prioritize work and manage team’s time effectively, and serve as a multiplier by driving improvements to effectiveness and performance

Build rapport with Facebook & Twitter representatives within existing client portfolio

Demonstrate and share expertise in both media strategy and client services
- Participate in cross-functional communication/planning with other departments, and facilitate client-related initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Product teams
Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years in quantitative analysis or optimization in financial services, consulting, performance marketing, lead generation, or other quant/data driven fields

2+ years experience managing analytical team(s) of 5+ members

Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising or performance marketing

Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis

Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment, comfortable with evolving role
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent Ad Tech people management experience
